We at 4th Dimension Paranormal welcome anyone to attend one of our events but all guests must be 18 or over (unless accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them for the duration of the event and proof of Id may be asked for) and are asked to respect 4th Dimension Paranormal Team members, other guests and that of those, including the building where an investigation is being held.
We want people to enjoy themselves on our investigations, but remember we can not guarantee any paranormal activity on any event.
Medical Conditions
Due to the nature of our events anyone wishing to attend an event with a medical condition please check with your doctor first or sign a disclaimer agreeing to attend at your own risk. Anyone who does attend a 4th Dimension Paranormal Event, does so at their own risk.
Equipment
You are welcome to bring any equipment with you on any event, but please note 4th Dimension Parnormal accept no liability for any loss, theft or damage to any personally owned equipment or belongings brought by any guest.
Drugs & Alcohol
We don't allow any drugs or alcohol to be consumed on any event. Anyone found to be intoxicated during an event will be removed as they pose a health and safety risk not only to themselves but to those around them.
Anyone found being abusive towards a team member or another guest will be removed.
Smoking Policy
Smoking Policy: as according to th law, there will be no smoking inside any event venue.
Designated outdoor smoking areas will be pointed out at the beginning of each event.
Clothing
All guests are advised to wear suitable clothing and footwear, due to the nature of activities, as it can be dark with minimal lighting and cold.
At the beginning of each event we will conduct a tour of the location to highlight any hazards/risks as part of a health and safety review.
Refreshments
Only tea, coffee and cold refreshments will be included in the ticket sale price on any 4th dimension Paranormal events. Due to the legal hygiene certifications required for
catering etc it is currently not viable for us to lay food on for paying guests on any of our events. Also this would reflect the ticket sale price and we are trying to accommadate fellow ghost hunters to the lowest and best ticket prices possible. Guests, who want to bring thier own food , may do so.
Tickets
Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. Either full payment or at least 50% deposit is required and then the remainder balance paid in full within
7 working days prior to the event. At present payments can only be made by cash, cheque or postal order.
Cancellation
If you cancel to attend one of our events, your deposit is non refundable. If on any occasion due to unforeseen circumstances an event is cancelled by 4th Dimension Paranormal, we will do our utmost to transfer your ticket for another venue or we will give a full refund in the respect of monies taken. Tickets can be purchased direct from a team member or by sending us an email.
Purchasing a ticket for one of our events, means that you agree and adhere to our terms and conditions.
Data protection
In accordance with Data Protection Act laws all information recieved will remain private and confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.
General
All decisions made on an event by any team member of 4th Dimension Paranormal, will be final.
4th Dimension Paranormal reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions at anytime.
